Virginie is a professor of Classical Literature and a specialist in poetry and the history of religions. Passionate about culture, history, and the art of living, she embodies all the codes of "old France" and knows the secrets of château life! As the granddaughter of a winemaker, she has a keen interest in gastronomy in all its forms and a particular love for wine estates. Deeply connected to nature, an avid hiker at heart, and a lover of natural remedies and gardening, she will take you on a journey to discover local wildlife and the producers who nurture it.

Nicola is a true globetrotter: German, researcher for an English university, she has lived all over the world—Scandinavia, Australia, Canada, Japan... But a few years ago, she chose the South of France to settle down. Polyglot, she is the perfect guide for those looking to discover our region, which she tirelessly explores on foot or by bike. She tries out all sorts of activities—beekeeping, grape harvesting, hands-on workshops with artisans, everything piques her interest! Her joy for life and enthusiasm are a ray of sunshine!
