Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV) - Liberalia

1. Objet

Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV) définissent les modalités et conditions dans lesquelles Liberalia, conciergerie culturelle, fournit ses services de conseil et d'élaboration de programmes personnalisés d'activités et de visites dans le département de l'Aude.

2. Services Proposés

Liberalia propose :

Programmes sur mesure : Élaboration de programmes personnalisés pour des activités et visites exclusives.

Livrets d'accueil : Création de guides pour hébergeurs, détaillant les offres d'activités, visites, et restaurants à proximité.

Correspondant local : Assistance pour agences de voyages et travel planners, fournissant des informations précises et des suggestions pour enrichir leurs offres.

3. Commande et Paiement

Commande : Toute commande de services nécessite le paiement d'un acompte de 40% du montant total à la confirmation. Le solde de 60% est dû à la livraison du programme finalisé.

Modes de paiement : Les paiements peuvent être effectués par virement bancaire, PayPal et Stripe.

Facturation : Les factures sont émises en euros. Le paiement doit être effectué à réception de la facture.

4. Annulation et Remboursement

Annulation dans les 48 heures : L'annulation est possible dans les 48 heures suivant la commande, avec un remboursement intégral de l'acompte.

Annulation après 48 heures : En cas d'annulation au-delà de 48 heures après la commande, un remboursement de 40% du montant total sera effectué. Le reste est retenu pour couvrir les coûts de travail déjà engagés.

5. Responsabilité

Nature des services : Liberalia agit exclusivement en tant que conseiller et ne peut être tenue responsable des prestations fournies par les prestataires recommandés.

Assurances : Les clients sont tenus de souscrire une assurance personnelle pour couvrir tout imprévu ou accident. Liberalia décline toute responsabilité pour les dommages ou pertes subis pendant les activités recommandées.

Force majeure : Liberalia ne sera pas responsable des retards ou de la non-exécution de ses obligations en cas de force majeure (grèves, intempéries, pandémies, etc.).

6. Confidentialité

Liberalia s'engage à préserver la confidentialité des informations personnelles de ses clients. Aucune information ne sera partagée avec des tiers sans le consentement préalable du client, sauf dans les cas prévus par la loi.

7. Litiges

En cas de litige, les parties s'efforceront de trouver une solution amiable. Si aucun accord n'est trouvé, les tribunaux compétents seront ceux du siège social de Liberalia.

8. Mentions Légales

9. Obligations de Liberalia

Conseil et assistance : Liberalia s'engage à répondre aux demandes des clients avec diligence et à fournir des conseils avisés pour l'organisation de leurs activités.

Sélection des partenaires : Liberalia choisit soigneusement ses partenaires mais ne peut être tenue responsable des actions ou des manquements de ces derniers.

10. Engagements des Clients

Réservations : Les clients s'engagent à contacter directement les prestataires conseillés pour effectuer eux-mêmes les réservations et paiements nécessaires. Liberalia ne pourra effectuer des réservations que dans les cas où aucun prépaiement ou transaction financière n'est requis. Cette clause pourra être révisée ultérieurement lorsque Liberalia sera adossée à une agence de voyage.

Respect des conditions : Les clients s'engagent à respecter les conditions de vente des prestataires recommandés par Liberalia.

Confidentialité des informations : Les clients s'engagent à ne pas communiquer les lieux exclusifs et confidentiels indiqués par Liberalia afin de préserver ces endroits du tourisme de masse.

Propriété intellectuelle : Les programmes et documents fournis par Liberalia sont protégés par les droits de propriété intellectuelle. Les clients s'engagent à ne pas reproduire, diffuser ou exploiter ces contenus sans autorisation écrite de Liberalia.
